You can see where satellite reception was bad in some spots, but this was created with my iPhone and TrailGuru. It's not there yet, but it's getting closer. If I could track heart rate (preferably R to R), I'd be ready to make the leap to iPhone-only as my main casual training device. I'd still want something beefier on race day and competitive training but for day to day training it's starting to show promise.
I love trail guru. Haven't gotten into it as far as you have, but like the nike + it's yet another incentive to go out and explore and never cease exploring and when we get home we will know the place for the very first time, etc. But what about your Garmin? I thought it did all this and more. I do know that the Garmin looks cooler on your wrist than the iPhone does.

Hey there! This is off topic, but I bought a pomegranate earlier and googled "how to eat a pomegranate," got your blog entry from '07 and wanted to thank you for the post. It's definitely a fruit of patience, lol. But very worth it. :)
